What are your hours of operation?

Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Give us a call, stop in or email us!

Do you have weekend hours?

Not typically, we may sometimes work overtime on the weekends if we have some catching up to do, but we generally do not have specific hours we are here.

What is your turnaround time?

Normally 7-10 business days for screenprinting, 10-14 business days for embroidery. Rush service is available - additional fees may apply.

Do you offer a rush service?

If you need your order faster than 7-10 business days, we can usually accomodate this. However, if we are extremely busy & have to move scheduled jobs around to fit your order in, we may have to charge you a rush fee. 5-6 day add 10% - 4 day add 20% - 3 day add 30% - 2 day add 40% - 1 day add 50%

How much does it cost?

Each project is priced according to the quantity of items, the number of locations to be printed and the number of colors in the design to be printed. Request a quote on your project today!

What are your payment terms?

50% in advance & balance due on receipt.

What payments do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, School Purchase Orders, School and Business checks, Personal Checks & Cash

Do you offer Net 30?

No. We do offer invoicing for larger companies, schools and churches, but you must get prior approval from us. All others must follow our payment terms.

Do you offer any discounts?

We try to keep our prices as low as possible. Discounts are available based on quantity ordered.

Do you have a minimum order?

For Screen printing, Yes. The minimum quantity is based on the complexity of the design. Any order that can not be screen printed, can usually be done using high quality photo transfers and/or custom cut vinyl.

Do you do one off shirts?

For screenprinting, No. Due to the amount of time it takes to set up a job. One off shirts can be done using high quality photo transfers and/or custom cut vinyl.

Do you do sample shirts?

No.

Do you print on customer supplied items?

Yes, we will print on new items supplied by the cutomer. We are not responsible for replacement/ reimbursement should customer supplied items become damaged in the printing process. We will not print previously worn or otherwise soiled garments.

Do you offer Embroidery?

Yes!

Yes, we will embroider on new items supplied by the cutomer. We are not responsible for replacement/ reimbursement should customer supplied items become damaged in the embroidery process. We will not embroider previously worn or otherwise soiled garments.

What types of shirts do you print on?

We typically print on Gildan, Anvil or Jerzees T-shirts. All are good quality shirts available at reasonable prices - your basic needs t-shirt. We also get alot of requests for American Apparel, Alternative Apparel & organic shirts. These and many more are available from us. See out online catalog or stop in and pick up a catalog today!

Do you offer design services?

Yes. There is a $50/ hour charge. You will be billed in :30 minute increments & we will let you know in advanced the approximate price for your project. As per our payment terms, 50% of the estimated balance is due before we start on your project.
